Sharon Aka will defend her dissertation in partial fulfillment for the PhD degree in Leadership. Sharon Aka’s dissertation title is “A Quantitative Comparative Study of Employee Engagement Among Full-time Seventh-day Adventist Pastors in the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists and Its Relationship to Level of Participation in Annual Pastoral Continuing Education (CE).” Those wishing to attend must make their request via email to sedgradprograms@andrews.edu.
