Dr. René de Roland, National Director of The Peregrine Fund’s Madagascar Program, is a distinguished scientist and champion of biodiversity conservation. With the support of National Geographic, he overcame significant challenges to rediscover species once thought extinct in Madagascar. In his talk, he will share this remarkable journey and offer practical insights on how we can contribute to lasting, sustainable change. The Office of Research and Creative Scholarship, in collaboration with Community & International Development and the Department of Biology, warmly invites alumni, students, and community members to join this special presentation.
