Position Summary
The Assistant Registrar for Global Campus carries out a wide range of functions within the Office of Academic Records. Creation, knowledge and adherence to policies and processes supporting faculty and staff in the function to advise students in degree completion is a key responsibility as it relates to off-campus operations. In addition, responsibilities include leadership and supervision for the office in the global campus services and international credentials area, the Assistant Registrar is expected to work with relevant personnel to ensure coordination occurs in all Academic Records functions as it relates to policy, process, communication and training.
Qualifications Summary
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a Master’s degree preferred or related knowledge and experience. Previous experience in admissions, academic records, or international credentials preferred.
- Strong technology skills. Experience with Ellucian Banner and Griggs University system highly valued.
- Strong commitment in building cooperative relationships.

This position serves as part of the office’s command staff helping to oversee the operations of the office. The Instructional Designer for the Center for Digital Learning and Instructional Technology (DLiT) will provide highly skilled professional service to meet the instructional design needs primarily of faculty who are teaching online and blended courses. Provide service in the areas of: a) online teaching, professional development, and support for faculty; b) instructional design for online and blended courses; and c) research and oversee the implementation of emerging technologies in online courses. Qualifications Summary
Master's degree required; instructional design certification preferred. Requires teaching experience, with online teaching preferred. Expertise in instructional design, instructional technology, and project management is essential. Must demonstrate advanced skills in educational technologies, including video production, LMS platforms (Moodle preferred), and emerging digital tools. Strong background in adult learning theory, needs assessment, and professional development delivery required. Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service abilities are necessary. Experience supporting higher education course development preferred. K-12 teaching background a plus.

PLANT SERVICE - Assistant Director

Position Summary
This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of Plant Service by managing the trades foremen and work assigned to those areas.
