Position Summary
  

The Degree Audit Specialist position is an important position within the Office of Academic Records. Accuracy and attention to detail are key in order to complete duties which include: completing degree audits; processing graduation applications and maintaining the student graduation list for each conferral period; managing student documents and folders; and providing excellent customer service to constituents including our off-campus locations.


Qualifications Summary
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, detail-oriented, organizational ability, and uphold policy.
  • Knowledge of and experience with office productivity tools, including word processing and spreadsheet packages.

Position Summary
  

The responsibilities of this position are to fulfill the needs of a Security Officer, capable of working in the Patrol and Dispatch Division. The Crayon Box Children’s Learning Center is seeking a dependable, caring, and flexible Substitute Teacher to support classrooms as needed. Substitute Teachers assist with supervising and caring for children ages 2 weeks through 12 years while helping maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities may include assisting with daily routines, supporting classroom activities, supervising play, and helping classrooms stay organized and on schedule.
